Okay so since the WHO is trying to scare people into not eating pork and other red meat. I decited that an animal that’s been around for thousands of years are probably okay and if I die eating bacon that’ll been a tasty death, think about your headstone could say “Killed By Bacon”.
My mom apparently has been making these bacon greenbeans for a while now but just told me about them like a year ago. So now I’ve decited that these things are way to good not to share with the world!!!
What you need:
Two cans of green beans
One pound of bacon
Salt and Pepper to taste
What to do:
Cut bacon into one inch pieces (they don’t have to be perfect). Cook until bacon is done.
Rinse green beans, put in saucepan with half a can of water.
Add bacon and two tablespoons of the bacon grease.
Bring up to a boil for about 10 minutes or until green beans are hot.
Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!!
